SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can particularly be used to make low nonlinear distortion amplifiers, including integrated circuits. Adaptive amplifying device comprises group of amplifying units, controlled attenuator, meter of input signal level and control unit. Input amplified signal is divided into several signals and then parallel amplified with preliminary attenuation, determined from results of estimating the level of the input signal, with subsequent combination to obtain an output signal with reduced nonlinear distortions.

EFFECT: high stability of the signal amplification factor in a relatively wide frequency range, as well as high reliability of the amplification device.
