FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of fixing structural elements of aircraft and rocket equipment. For fixation, power flanges, a rod, a sleeve with retaining inserts and a body are made. Inner cavity of the housing is made in the form of a two-stage cylinder with a transition cylinder and a sleeve, one end of which is made in the form of a piston with a pyrocartridge. Pyrocartridge embraces the transition cylinder; channels for communication of cavities are made in the housing. Other end of the sleeve is also made in the form of a piston resting against the adapter cylinder through a spring. Piston stroke along the transition cylinder is less than that along the housing. Gas cavities between pistons are connected by throttle hole. Rod is made in the form of a tightening bolt with an annular groove and conical retaining inserts. Tail part of bolt is equipped with crimping locking gate resting against sleeve for crimping with inserts during return movement.
EFFECT: reduced characteristics of vibration impact, increased reliability of aircraft, reduced its weight.
