FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for fixing structural elements of aircraft and rocket equipment. Fixation system includes power flanges, a rod, a sleeve with retaining inserts and a housing. Inner cavity of the housing is a two-stage cylinder with a transition cylinder and a sleeve, one end of which is a piston with a pyrocartridge. Pyrocartridge embraces the transition cylinder; there are channels for communication of cavities in the housing. Other end of the sleeve is also a piston resting on the adapter cylinder through a spring. Piston stroke along the transition cylinder is less than that along the housing. Gas cavities between pistons are connected by throttle hole. Rod is made in the form of a tightening bolt with an annular groove and conical retaining inserts. Tail part of the bolt has a crimping locking gate resting against the sleeve for crimping with inserts during return movement.
EFFECT: reduced characteristics of vibration impact, increased reliability of aircraft, reduced its weight.
