FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and specifically to a method of producing a lyophilised collagen hydrolysate based on the use of a swimming bladder of fish from the sturgeon or whitefish family. Method of producing lyophilised collagen hydrolysate, based on use of swimming bladder of fish from family of sturgeon and whitefish, including washing, mechanical cleaning of swimming bladders, alkali-salt hydrolysis, cleaning of solution from low-molecular compounds, filtration and freeze drying, is characterized by the fact that alkali-salt hydrolysis is carried out in 10% sodium hydroxide solution with addition of 5% sodium sulphate solution at a water ratio of 1:4 for 5±0.5 h, purification of the solution from low-molecular compounds is carried out in dialysis bags with pore diameter of 12–14 kDa for 24±0.5 h, additionally filtering through a filter with pore diameter of 0.2 mcm to extract a nanosized fraction, after which freezing is carried out at a temperature of not more than -40 °C for 4±0.2 h and freeze drying for 24±0.5 h under vacuum at a temperature of not more than -55 °C.
EFFECT: said invention enables to obtain a nanosized lyophilised collagen hydrolysate suitable for use as a natural base for making medical and cosmetic products and agents.
