FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to production of electrolytic capacitors based on tantalum, niobium, niobium monoxide. By means of the described method, workpieces for anodes and cathodes, as well as anodes and cathodes are made. Method of making such anodes and cathodes is realized either on one device or on several devices combined into a single process chain. Result is provided by the method of making anodes, cathodes of electrolytic capacitors and workpieces for them based on tantalum, niobium, niobium monoxide (niobium II oxide) by means of 3D printing technologies, which include applying a layer of metal powder or metal oxide, or paste, or suspension containing particles of metal powder or metal oxide on a construction platform, forming a layer of a future product or group of products, wherein formation of future article or group of articles is performed in presence of radiation source in stages, with radiation power from 100 W to 200 kW, during sintering, fusion and complete melting of workpieces.

EFFECT: improved operating and structural characteristics of electrolytic capacitors.
