FIELD: means of defence.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of unmanned aerial vehicles. Proposed is the UAV protection method against the focused ultra-wideband pulsed electromagnetic radiation, in which the received signal is successively limited by the amplitude, reduced in the voltage divider, after which it is supplied to the inputs of several frequency-diverse amplification and processing channels, in each of which the signal attenuation, its frequency selection, amplification and analogue-to-digital conversion are performed, by results of which frequency and amplitude of received electromagnetic radiation are determined, after which said values are sent to computer. Computer generates instruction for hovering and 360-degree turn in horizontal plane. During the turning process, signals from the outputs of the computer are transmitted to an electromagnetic environment generating unit in which signals from all reception channels are processed when the UAV turns.

EFFECT: high security of UAVs falling in the electromagnetic radiation exposure area.
