FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and production of vaccines against canine distemper, specifically to a method for indirect determination of the concentration of canine distemper virions in raw material for vaccines using a double mathematical differential for the sigmoid crossing point during amplification of the CDVgp1 gene site. Main advantage of the offered invention is the possibility to determine indirectly the concentration of CDV virions in non-inactivated raw material for culture vaccines. Offered invention suggests combination of molecular-biological research of non-inactivated virus suspension of canine distemper agent with methods of mathematical data analysis that increases accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of method. In the present invention, the relationship between the CDV virion concentration and values of Cp-NSI points is presented in the form of a mathematical function: CCDV=-0.3012 × Cp-CDVgp1 + 10.37 with high reliability of approximation (R2=0.9953) and efficiency of amplification 100.08%.
EFFECT: presented model enables the indirect determination of the canine distemper virion concentration in the vaccine raw material.
