SUBSTANCE: described is a method for indirect determination of the titre of infectious activity of the causative agent of infectious feline rhinotracheitis in a raw material for a vaccine using a second-order differential of the point of intersection of the logistic curve of the amplification reaction of the UL35 gene region, which involves the use of the developed oligonucleotides.
EFFECT: developed method makes it possible to increase specificity of analysis, increase sensitivity and specificity of analysis, and also increase reliability of performed analysis.
