FIELD: medical science.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy and cardiology, and may be used for the integrated treatment of resistant arterial hypertension. Method involves a diet therapy, a drug therapy and intravenous laser blood irradiation (ILBI). Drug therapy involves administering preparations for 60 days: perindopril in dose of 10 mg, amlodipine in dose of 10 mg, indapamide in dose of 2.5 mg, spironolactone in dose of 25 mg. ILBI involves gradually increasing exposure time.
EFFECT: method enables higher clinical effectiveness in resistant arterial hypertension and lower blood malonic dialdehyde, interleukin-6, endothelin-1, cortisol, higher nitrogen oxide ensured by the simultaneous drug-induced therapy and the use of ILBI.
