FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used to predict the long-term effectiveness of treatment of patients with drug-resistant form of arterial hypertension. The method for predicting the long-term antihypertensive efficacy of the renal denervation procedure in patients with resistant arterial hypertension is carried out as follows: a patient in a hospital is measured β-adrenoreactivity of erythrocyte membranes of peripheral blood before and 7 days after the procedure, and with a decrease in the value of β-adrenergic reactivity by 30% and more relative to the original predict a steady decrease in blood pressure by 10 mm Hg. and more after 2 years after the intervention.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to predict a stable decrease in blood pressure (BD) 2 years after PP, which makes it possible to identify patients with insufficient long-term effectiveness of intervention, who require more careful observation and an earlier change in treatment tactics in order to reduce the risk of possible cardiovascular complications.
