FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: described is a composition for therapeutic use, comprising: mesenchymal stem-cell-conditioned medium, wherein the conditioned medium contains therapeutically effective amounts: at least two factors that have an anti-inflammatory effect; at least two factors that cause immunomodulatory action; at least two factors involved in vasculogenesis and angiogenesis; and at least two factors that stimulate tissue regeneration; one or more rheology modifiers; and one or more conditioning agents; wherein the stem cells used for medium conditioning are characterized by positive expression of CD29 and CD44 markers and negative expression of markers CD11b and CD45. Karyotype of at least 90 % of cells used for medium conditioning is normal diploid. Also described is a composition for therapeutic use in ophthalmology containing: a therapeutically effective amount of the first therapeutic ingredient, the first therapeutic ingredient comprising: at least two factors that have an anti-inflammatory effect; at least two factors that cause immunomodulatory action; at least two factors involved in vasculogenesis and angiogenesis; and at least two factors which stimulate tissue regeneration; and a therapeutically effective amount of a second therapeutic ingredient, wherein the second therapeutic ingredient is at least one of: a cellulose derivative, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), glycerol, propylene glycol, sorbitol, polysorbate (Tween series), glyceride, or mixtures thereof, derivatives and structural analogues. Also disclosed is a method of producing said compositions.
