FIELD: coke-chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for implementation of coke furnace coal smokeless loading and pressure stabilization in coking chambers, wherein the smokeless coal loading into the coke furnace and the pressure stabilization in the coking chambers during the coking process is carried out by the coke ejection and the coal loading automatic control method and automatic control during the coking process under the premise that the pressure set point in the gas outlet pipe is micro positive. Method includes the following specific steps: 1) closing the riser cover at the beginning of the coal loading, opening the pressure control valve between the throw-over elbow and the gas outlet pipeline to the maximum in order to ensure complete communication between the coking chamber and the gas outlet pipeline; 2) switching the pressure control valve between the throw-over elbow and the gas outlet pipe to the control state at the end of the coal loading; and 3) controlling, during coking, the pressure in the reversing leg with a pressure control valve in real time: as a target, a micro-positive pressure is taken at the bottoms of the coking chambers, after the actual in-situ calibration, the percentage of coking time counted from the beginning of the coal loading is calculated, and the pressure setting in the swing-over elbow is calculated according to Formula (1): (1), where: y1 is the pressure setting in the throw-over elbow, in Pa; and x1 is percentage of coking time, in %; and automatic control of the pressure control algorithm in the throw-over leg, and application of the biased proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control policy during the coking process, that is, the PID output increment compensation by the pressure control valve opening degree using the sigmoid function, wherein the PID output increment formula after compensation is as follows:
(2), where: x2 is the degree of opening of the valve controlling the pressure, in %; and Δx2 is the offset PID output increment, in %.
EFFECT: use of the proposed invention allows performing stable monitoring of pressure in coking chambers during coking; the problem of blocking of sampling pipeline is also solved.
