FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coking industry. Briquette 10 of pressed carbon is introduced into open on side of MS machine furnace chamber 1 battery coke furnaces. Released gases-filler is removed through connected to furnace chamber collector 11 for gas-fillers. Gas-fillers are completely burnt and then fed at stationary dust aspirator. Formed during coking in closed furnace chambers 1 raw gases are discharged through collector 3 for non-purified gases and fed to gas treatment. Gas treatment includes at least one cycle of absorption stripping. Collector 3 for non-purified gas collector 11 for gas-fillers with furnace chambers 1 are connected by means of connecting elements. Coke upon completion of coking process is pushed from open on side of KS coke furnace chamber 1.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce emission of gas-fillers during loading of furnace chambers battery coke furnaces briquettes of pressed carbon.
