FIELD: medical science.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery. Inguinal region is mobilized according to a critical view of the myopectinal opening from an eTEP or TAPP approach. That is followed by 8 consecutive steps. Upper portion of the iliac pubic tract is visualised. Aponeurotic portion of a transverse muscle of abdomen is visualised. That is followed by traction of the deferent duct and testicular vessels in the same case at an entry into the internal inguinal ring. Method includes intracorporal closure of medial inguinal defect with notched absorbable suture, wherein iliac-pubic tract is caught in middle of hernia defect bottom-up, from back to front in direction from external iliac vein. Pseudo-sac is grasped above the border of the genital branch of the femoral-genital nerve and the spermatic cord; suture is performed with capture of aponeurotic part of transverse muscle. That is followed by making 4 sutures in the medial direction from the previous ones with covering in turn the iliac pubic tract, the pseudosac, the aponeurotic part of the transverse muscle of abdomen and the iliac pubic tract again. After the suture is pulled through to tissue resistance, one fixation suture backwards is made, and the suture is cut.

EFFECT: method enables endovideosurgical closure of the dead space of the direct inguinal hernia, prevents seroma and recurrences in the medial inguinal defect.
