The use of adamantyl-containing derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole and 1,3,4-thiadiazole with monoterpenoid fragments as inhibitors of the human tyrosyl-DNA phosphodiesterase 1 enzyme is proposed.

EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of inhibitors of this enzyme and can be used to develop drugs applicable in antitumor therapy.
