SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and biotechnology, specifically to a method of producing a "barnase-monoclonal antibody" protein conjugate with a molecular spacer – adipic acid dihydrazide, which includes preparing solutions of preparations of monoclonal antibodies Rituximab and Obinutuzumab, preparation of a solution of barnase monomer, periodate activation of carbohydrates of antibodies, connection of a molecular spacer of adipic acid dihydrazide with activated antibodies, activation of modified antibodies with sulfo-SIAB solution, synthesis and concentration of "barnase-monoclonal antibody" conjugate.
EFFECT: obtaining a conjugate using an additional molecular spacer – adipic acid dihydrazide.
