FIELD: medical science.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, endoscopy, surgery, and can be used for intraoperative colonoscopy. A flexible video colonoscope is introduced into the adductor intestine formed after the sigmoid colon resection with a constrictive tumour. Mouth of adduct intestine is fixed with 2 tweezers, adduct intestine is covered with purse-string suture, which is fixed by surgeon during research. It involves total endoscopic examination of a colon in a proximal direction from a constrictive tumour. If observing benign and early malignant tumours, endoscopic excision of the tumours is performed. If observing synchronous invasive malignant tumours, endoscopic labelling of the tumours is performed.

EFFECT: method allows to conduct a full intraoperative inspection of the colon in the proximal direction of the constricting tumour with single-step removal of synchronous tumours, which cannot be fully diagnosed at the preoperative stage due to the introduction of a video colonoscope into the adducting intestine formed after the removal of the sigmoid colon stenosing tumour.
