FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to colorectal surgery, and can be used for intraoperative navigation in the process of lymphodissection in cancer of the right half of the colon. At the first stage, the total dose of indocyanine green is calculated based on an individual indicator: 1 mg of preparation per 100 cm2 of the visceral fat area of the patient, determined by the computed tomography of the abdominal cavity. Calculated dose of the preparation is diluted to concentration of 1 mg of indocyanine green in one millilitre. At the second stage, a colonoscopy is carried out; a video colonoscope is carried out to a tumour of the right half of the colon; the tumour is determined and a submucous cushion of 2 ml of distilled water is created 1 cm in the proximal direction from the tumour. Then half of the solution of indocyanine green is introduced into the same point, further, a submucous cushion of 2 ml of distilled water is created 1 cm distal to the tumour, and the second half of the solution of indocyanine green is introduced. At the third stage, 24 hours after colonoscopy, surgical intervention is performed using video endoscopic technologies with extended D3-lymphodissection in NIR-mode combined with image in white light. An individual area of lymph outflow from the tumour is imaged and the visualized lymphatic collector is accurately removed.

EFFECT: method provides good visualization of the lymph outflow zone from the tumour and enables its precise removal; it is aimed at individualisation of the lymph outflow zone removal from the tumour affected intestinal area.
