SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to therapy, cardiology, nephrology and endocrinology, and can be used in research for early diagnosis of cardiometabolic diseases. Interviewing and collecting anamnesis, determining the objective status of the patient, performing a general blood test, a general urine test, determination of total cholesterol, high- and low-density lipoproteins by results of biochemical blood analysis, triglycerides, blood glucose, C-reactive protein and creatinine, calculation of the obtained data of glomerular filtration rate according to CKD-EPI and risk of death according to SCORE 2 scale. Additionally, non-invasive bioimpedance measurement is performed and weight, abdominal circumference, biological age are determined, degree of obesity, target weight, indicators of total water, skeletal muscles, visceral fat, lean mass, basal metabolism, recommended caloric content, weight control and segmental analysis of lean body mass.

EFFECT: method increases accuracy of early diagnosis of cardiometabolic diseases by taking into account multifactorial development of diseases using bioimpedance measurement, which helps to correctly identify those changes in body parameters and metabolic processes that occur in the human body and which cannot be correctly interpreted clinically.
