SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave power amplifiers with air cooling of heat-dissipating radioelectronic modules. Super high frequency power amplifier contains at least one heat-loaded element in form of amplifying module, power supply converter with multilevel overvoltage and overtemperature protection, control system, fan cooling system, wherein the fan cooling system is formed of at least two two-section fastened hermetic radiators in the form of boxes with walls, a bottom, heat-conducting bases for heat-loaded elements, suction and exhaust cavities, between which the air flow turning guides are arranged, the air ducts unit assembled from two small drawing-in air ducts located at the inlet cavities inputs, and installed at the exhaust cavities outlets large trapezoidal air duct and equipped with air removal fans.

EFFECT: providing cooling efficiency at reduction of weight and dimensional characteristics.
