SUBSTANCE: invention relates to robotics and automation and can be used to convert electrical energy into reciprocating cyclic motion. Technical result is achieved by a method of obtaining electromagnetic drive output link reciprocating motion, in which the output link translational movement along the guide is provided due to the electromagnetic retainers attraction force, mounted at the guide at the output link extreme right and left positions, and the return movement of the output link along the guide is provided due to the potential energy of the spring-loaded accumulator compression spring mounted on the part of the magnetic core protruding from the housing between the housing and the support mounted on the end of the magnetic core, which is converted into the mounted in the magnetic core continuation rod movement kinetic energy, which opposite to the magnetic core end is connected to the output link by the flexible element, wherein potential power is imparted to spring-loaded accumulator from displacement of magnetic core by magnetic field of electromagnetic drive coil.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of creation of reliable quick-acting electromagnetic drive with reduced power consumption.
