Drive comprises a pneumatic cylinder mounted on a support axis with possibility of rolling, movable along a guide carriage mounted on the output link of the pneumatic drive, spring accumulator, pneumatic distributor, pneumatic drive piston position sensor, drive control unit, wherein the drive is provided with the pneumatic drive output link extreme positions retainers, made in the form of electric magnets, and on the output link or carriage interacting with the retainers magnetic elements are mounted, spring accumulator is made in the form of a pair of symmetrical tension springs mounted between the output link and the housing outside the pneumatic cylinder, wherein the springs for the spring accumulator and the pneumatic cylinder are selected based on the condition, , where b(x) is the spring coefficient of elasticity, F is the spring elasticity force,
