SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a nucleic acid construct for preventing a disease caused by swine influenza A virus in an individual containing first, second and third nucleic acid sequences coding first, second and third neuraminidase (NA) antigens of swine influenza A virus (IAV-S). First NA antigen relates to line H1huN2, similar to A/swine/Scotland/410440/1994 (Scot/94), second NA antigen relates to the H3N2 line, similar to A/swine/Gent/1/1984 (Gent/84), and the third NA antigen is selected from line A(H1N1)pdm09 (pdm09) or line H1avN1, similar to the Eurasian strain of avian origin (EA). What is also presented is a nucleic acid construct containing first, second and third nucleic acid sequences coding first, second and third antigens, neuraminidase (NA), swine influenza A virus (IAV-S). Disclosed are: an alphavirus RNA replicon particle for preventing a disease caused by swine influenza A virus in a subject comprising a nucleic acid construct; a vaccine for preventing the disease caused by swine influenza A virus and a method for immunising a pig against swine influenza A virus.

EFFECT: invention enables producing the IAV-S vaccines which are safe, effective and can be quickly changed to achieve the antigen matching to the emerging strain.
