SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology, virology and medicine. Disclosed is a nucleic acid construct for use in preventing a disease caused by swine influenza A (IAV-S) virus in a subject. Nucleic acid construct contains in order of 5' to 3'-end of nucleic acid sequence: a first nucleic acid sequence coding a first hemagglutinin (HA) antigen IAV-S from a strain A/swine/England/9953/2012(H1N2); A/swine/Italy/186822/2011(H1N2); A/swine/Italy/3033-1/2015(H1N2); A/swine/France/22-130212/2013(H1N2); A/swine/France/35-140041/2014(H1N2) or A/swine/Denmark/10802-1/2012(H1N2), and a second nucleic acid sequence coding a second antigen HA IAV-S from the strain A/swine/Denmark/10-1048-2/2011(H1N1); A/swine/Italy/28762-3/2013(H1N1); A/swine/France/29-120326/2012(H1N1); A/swine/France/44-120070/2012(H1N1); or A/swine/France/56-140048-2014(H1N1). Also disclosed is a nucleic acid construct for use in preventing a disease caused by swine influenza A (IAV-S) virus in a subject, which contains in order of 5' to 3'-end of nucleic acid sequence: a first nucleic acid sequence coding a first IAV-S HA antigen from a strain A/swine/Netherlands/Ysselsteyn-CVI8864A/2012(H3N2), A/swine/Belgium/Glabbeek-284/2012(H3N2), A/swine/Spain/33936/2012(H3N2) or A/swine/Italy/240849/2015(H3N2), and a second nucleic acid sequence coding a second antigen HA IAV-S of the A(H1N1)pdm09 (pdm09) line. Disclosed is an alphavirus RNA replicon particle used in the prevention of a disease caused by swine influenza A (IAV-S) virus in a subject, comprising said nucleic acid construct; an immunogenic composition against swine influenza A (IAV-S) virus containing said alphavirus RNA replicon particle and a pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant; swine influenza A virus (IAV-S) vaccine containing said immunogenic composition and a method for immunizing a swine against swine influenza A virus.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of vaccines against infections caused by influenza A virus.
