SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medical biotechnology. Presented is an immunogenic composition. Composition contains first and second RNA replicon particles. First replicon RNA particle comprises a nucleic acid construct comprising first and second nucleic acid sequences encoding first and second antigens, haemagglutinins (HA), of swine influenza A virus (IAV-S), where the first HA antigen relates to the H3N2 line, similar to A/swine/Gent/1/1984 (Gent/84), and the second HA antigen relates to the A (H1N1) pdm09 (pdm09) line, the second RNA replicon particle comprises a nucleic acid construct , containing third and fourth nucleic acid sequences, HA IAV-S third and fourth antigens, where the third HA antigen relates to the H1huN2 line, similar to A/swine/Scotland/410440/1994 (Scot/94), and the fourth HA antigen relates to the H1avN1 line, similar to the EURASIA avian strain (EA), and where the RNA replicon particle is an alphavirus RNA replicon particle. Invention discloses a vaccine, a method for immunization of swine against swine influenza A virus.
EFFECT: invention enables producing the swine influenza A virus vaccine.
