FIELD: alcohol industry. SUBSTANCE: mash is heated, distilled and distillery grains and mash distillate were obtained. Then distillery grains is subjected for injection cooling under pressure which decreases by steps during process by 14-55 kPa at each step into multistep evaporator. Cooling is carried out up to temperature corresponding pressure value in the first step of evaporator. Formed steam is removed and used for heat-consumer heating mash or semiproducts of rectification. Noncondensed vapors were compressed and fed to the mash distillation. Condensate is recovered to the cooling process at the second step of distillery grains evaporation. After the first cooling step distillery grains is fed on the next cooling step which is carried out under pressure by 14-55 kPa lower than preliminary step. Heat-consumer is heated under pressure equal with that in vapor zone removal in the process of distillery grains cooling. EFFECT: decreased steam consumption. 3 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
