FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves use of a brew rectification plant comprising a brew column and a pre-cleaning column operating at atmospheric pressure, a first epuration and boiling column operating at elevated pressure, as well as a second epuration and alcohol columns, a final purification column and a methanol concentration column and head impurities operating at a pressure below atmospheric pressure. Heating of the boiling and first epuration columns is carried out with a sharp steam through their boilers. To heat the second epuration column, the vapor streams from the upper plate of the lower zone of the concentration part and from the top plate of the first epuration column in the evaporator reflux evaporators of the second epuration column, where due to the condensation heat of said streams, the bottom liquid of this column is evaporated to form a secondary heating steam which is fed to the cube of the second epuration column. Heating of the brew column is carried out by feeding the hot steam into its first reboiler and the water-alcohol steam from the top plate of the boiling column to its second reboiler. Heating of the alcohol column, the final purification column and the methanol concentration column and the head impurities are carried out by secondary vapor from their evaporator reflux condensers, which are formed by evaporation of the bottoms of these columns due to the heat of successive condensation of steam from the upper tray of the brew column and a self-evaporation pair from the first and second epuration columns and the condensate of the hydroalcoholic steam from the second water boiler of brew column. Pre-purification column is heated and fed by feeding into its cube an unconfined vapor from the reflux condenser-evaporator of the final purification column. Decoction column is fed by feeding to the upper bowl of the bottom liquid of the alcohol column heated with its Luther from the boiling column and the condensation of the heating steam from the boilers of the boiled, first epuration and brew columns. In this case, epuration of the water-alcohol vapor condensate from the reflux condenser-evaporator of the alcohol column and the first condenser-evaporator, the final purification columns is carried out at elevated pressure in the first epuration column, with the supply of hydro-selective water at its upper plate with temperature. Condensation of the water-alcohol vapor from the second reflux condenser-evaporator of the final purification column together with the liquids from the cube of the pre-treatment column and the alcohol trap of the dirty epoxy is reduced under reduced pressure in the second epuration column, with supply of hydroselective water to its upper plate. Initial brew is heated in the brew heater of the alcohol column by the heat of condensation of the steam from its upper plate and in the heat exchanger by the heat of the Luther from the first and second epuration columns and the boiling column. Heating of the hydroselective water is carried out by the heat of the condensation of the vapor in the first dephlegmator of the second epuration column and in the heat exchangers by the heat of the bard from the cube of the brew column and the heat of the Luther from the cube of the first epuration column.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the total steam consumption for brew rectification and to improve the quality of the final product due to separate epuration of two parts of the brew distillate, differing in composition of the concomitant impurities of ethyl alcohol and pressure in the first and second diagram columns.
