SUBSTANCE: according to the method a wort distiller plant includes a digestion and booster column operating at high pressure, epuration, distillation column and preliminary purification column operating under atmospheric pressure, and final purification column, concentration of methanol and head impurities alcohol column, in which pressure below atmospheric pressure. Initial wort is heated in heat exchanger by the extraction, booster and epuration columns, as well as in the wort heater heat steam condensation with upper plate of epuration column. Fine purification of alcohol from impurities is carried out in the epuration and booster columns which have refinery, digestion and concentration parts and operate with supply of hydraulic selection water onto the upper plate. In the refinery parts of these columns tail admixtures are concentrated and discharged with the discharge of the cubes. In the digestion and concentration parts of the epuration and booster columns head and intermediate impurities are boiled down and concentrated at high specific consumption of hydraulic selection water, the fraction are taken from their capacitors.

EFFECT: method enables production of high quality alcohol at reduced cost.
