FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: synthesis is carried out from 1-aminonaphthalene-5-sulfoacid salt and corresponding amino acid with protected amino-group in the medium of dimethylformamide in the presence of condensing agent (dicyclohexylcarbodiimide) and hydroxybenzotriazole for 12-24 h. The end product is isolated by precipitation with organic solvent, extraction, chromatography and crystallization. Protective carbobenzoxy-group is removed by treatment with HBr in acetic acid. Synthesized compounds do not show harmful effect as compared with 2-naphthalene that enables to measure in aqueous medium. EFFECT: detection of compounds indicated above. 4 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
