. New compounds enable to enhance the precision of trypsin activity assay by 8.3-times as compared with 1-(carbobenzoxyarginyl)-aminonaphthalene-5-sulfoacid due to enhanced sensitivity of dyes. They improve also kinetic properties of chromogenic substrates in the process of serine proteases assay as compared with known substrate. EFFECT: improved method of enzyme activity assay. 4 tbl
