SUBSTANCE: laser includes emitter 2 presenting shell 3 made from solid dielectric optically transparent on length of radiation wave which incorporates monocrystalline plate 4 of hexagonal semiconductor or dielectric with two plane-parallel faces 5. Plate is connected through ohmic point contact 7 to electrode 6 which is continuation of central conductor of coaxial cable 1. Second flat electrode 8 is linked to braiding of coaxial cable 1.
