SUBSTANCE: powder charge of flux-cored wire contains 17-23 mass % of barium hydroxide; 70-80 mass % of siderite providing intensive gassing and 3-7 mass % of alkaline silicate stimulating arc burning process makes it possible to increase cutting capacity due to 20% increase in cutting speed at 20% decrease in consumed power and 70% reduction of specific consumption of wire. EFFECT: increased capacity and economy at underwater cutting, reduced specific consumption of electrode material. 1 tbl
