FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating the culture biomass after its being cultured, adding sodium hexametaphosphate solution and a mixture of hydrochloric, sulfuric and trichloracetic acids and sedimenting the toxic material at pH 3.4-3.6. The so obtained toxin is transformed into the anatoxin by its treating with formalin in the presence of saccharose solution with following sorting the end product on aluminium hydroxide. The method takes 12-14 days resulting in 5-7 times increased protection activity depending on producer strain. EFFECT: higher activity of end product; simplified method.
