FIELD: optical detection and ranging. SUBSTANCE: invention is base upon interaction of multielement image of radiation source with photosensitive array . Multielement image is formed by optical systems array . Array is made on the single semiconductor substrate. Each photocell is four-quadrant photodetector. Photosensitive elements of similar quadrants of all the cells of the array are connected in parallel. Optical axes of array of optical systems are parallel and coincide with Z-axes of photocell array. EFFECT: improved precision; improved speed of operation; reduced dimension-weight characteristics of direction finder. 4 cl, 3 dwg
