SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of the grafted copolymer of synthetic polymer with acrylic or methacrylic acid chloroanhydride, a mixture of aqueous solutions of N-desulfonated heparin and adenine or salicylic acid at their mass ratio in solution = 1:(2-10) and at mass concentrations of desulfonated heparin and adenine or salicylic acid in solution 0.3-5.0% and 0.4-0.5%, respectively. Invention ensures to obtain heme-compatible polymeric materials exhibiting high relative time of blood coagulation (7-10) and low values of relative index of platelet adhesion (0.6-1.2).
