FIELD: biotechnology, polymers. SUBSTANCE: method involves the radiation grafted copolymerization of acrylic or methacrylic acid chloroanhydride on the surface of polymer followed by treatment of the grafted copolymer with a biologically active substance an aqueous solution. Ovomucoid from duck egg protein is used as a biologically active substance at its concentration 1-10 wt. -% in an aqueous solution. EFFECT: increased heme-compatibility of polymer.
