FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: thromboresistant polymer material is obtained by radiation grafting copolymerisation of mixture of hydrophilic monomer and unsaturated biologically active compound on the surface of polymer material with weight ratio hydrophilic monomer:unsaturated active compound 1:0.2-1:1. Mixture of hirudin, acylated with acrylic acid chloranhydride, and ovomucoid from duck egg white, acylated with acrylic acid chloranhydride in ratio 1:0.8-1:2 is used as unsaturated biologically active compound.
EFFECT: reduction of quantity of platelets adhered on the surface of material with preservation of reduced ability to blood clotting on the surface of material.
