FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method of producing thromboresistant polymer materials through radiation-induced graft copolymerisation of polymer material of a mixture a hydrophilic monomer and an unsaturated ligand with weight ratio of the hydrophilic monomer to the unsaturated ligand equal to 10:1-10:3, and then treatment of the polymer with a solution of a physiologically active compound, characterised by that the unsaturated ligand used is Nε-(meth)acryloyl -L-lysine, and the solution of physiologically active compound used is blood or blood plasma.
EFFECT: obtaining high-thromboresistance materials capable of spontaneously increasing thromboresistance upon contact with blood or blood plasma.
