FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: method for formation of explosive charge includes driving of horizontal opening 1 in which pile 2 of ammonium nitrate is placed. Then, vessel 3 is placed above pile 2 over its entire length and filled with diesel fuel in the amount of 2 to 7.5% of weight of ammonium nitrate. Installed on contact with pile 2 is intermediate live primer 4 of industrial explosive and opening 1 is stemmed. Initiation of live primer 4 ensures blasting of pile 2 which results, in destruction of vessel 3 and combustion of diesel fuel. EFFECT: higher efficiency, reliability and safety of charge in large-scale pin-point and excavating blasting due to relatively low content of diesel fuel with regard to amount of excessive oxygen contained in blast gases. 2 cl, 2 dwg
