FIELD: electron-ion technological equipment. SUBSTANCE: pulse ion accelerator may be used as generator of ions of solid substances employed in working of articles. It includes ion source with cathode 1, ignitor electrode 2 and anode 3, accelerating electrode 4, collector 5, pulse generator 6. Anode is manufactured in the form of spiral, is fitted with additional leads-out 7 and 8 connected correspondingly to cathode 1 and generator 6. Anode 3 is connected to accelerating electrode 4.
