FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: end product is produced by polymerization of propylene in hydrocarbon solvent stock or medium in presence of catalytic system including triisobutyl aluminum, paramethoxyethylbenzoate and titanium-magnesium component including titanium tetrachloride and diisoamyl ether carried by carrier of formula MgCl2·Q, where Q represents polymer hydrocarbon compound (H/C molar ratio: 2.18 : 2.30; molecular mass: 140 to 340) included in magnesium dichloride structure in amount of 42 to 13.4 % of carrier mass. Titanium-magnesium compound includes 8.55 to 11.88 mass percent titanium tetrachloride and 2.51 to 3.38 mass percent diisoamyl ether, carrier constituting the remainder. This process should be run in presence of anhydrous potassium chloride at 0.9 : 1.3 molar ratio between potassium chloride and paramethoxyethylbenzoate. Catalytic system includes (g/l solvent): 0.06 to 0.3 titanium-magnesium component, 1.40 to 3.52 triisobutyl aluminum, 0.05 to 0.15 paramethoxyethylbenzoate, and 0.023 to 0.082 potassium chloride.
