FIELD: mining and construction; applicable in ground mass moving by explosion of chamber charges. SUBSTANCE: prior to laying of ammonium nitrate to opening to be charged, trial laying of layer of ammonium nitrate contained in dump-proof bags is accomplished, and hollowness is determined by formula H=100(1-nVb/Vl), where n is amount of ammonium nitrate in layer of trial laying; Vb is volume of a bag with ammonium nitrate, cu.m; Vl is volume of layer of ammonium nitrate contained in bags in trial laying, cu.m. Then, ammonium nitrate is placed in chamber with ammonium nitrate contained in damp-proof bags with layers of loose ammonium nitrate. Loose ammonium nitrate is placed to fill hollows in bag pile. In so doing, ratio of mass of said layers of (100/H: 1) is to be observed, where H is hollowness of layer of ammonium nitrate contained in bags. Then live primer 8 is installed, blasting circuit 9 is wired, and stemming is made in approach opening. After supply of diesel fuel and upon expiration of time required for its filling of hollows of ammonium nitrate pile, blasting is effected.
