FIELD: accelerator. SUBSTANCE: method involves deviation of focused laser beam by means of diffraction grid so that inclination angle α of laser beam with respect to surface of diffraction grid conforms to following equation where α is angle size of grid from center of light-turning device in radians, c is speed of light in m/s, L is longitudinal size of grid in meters, v is speed of particles in m/s, R is distance between light-turning device and grid in meters. This results in spending of all power of laser beam to accelerating field in place where particles are placed, whereas time of radiation on each separate part of surface is short.
