FIELD: TV engineering. SUBSTANCE: indicator has photoelectric converter 1, videoamplifier 2, quantizer 3, clock pulse generator 4, address counter 5, reference signal former 6, decoder 7, control unit 8, channels X and Y - 11 and 12 correspondingly. Each channel has digital integrator 13, local sweep signal former 14, multiplication unit 15, member 16, digital-to-analog converters 17 and 18. Reverse flip-flop 9 and multiplication unit 10 are introduced additionally. Device solves the problem of measurement of coordinates of center of gravity of object's image in tracking mode at cruciform local sweep of object projection in the surface of photodetector. Trajectory of scanning is set by output signals of local sweep signal former 14. These signals being conversed by digital-to-analog converter 18 enter deflecting coils of converter 1. Permanent velocity of sweeping aperture is provided due to level of output signal of former 14 which is may be made of programmable memory cells, for example. Reading-out of signal level which sets local sweep trajectory is provided by current address in output of counter 5. Such a realization provides tight time fixation and effect of sluggishness of deflecting system may be excluded on preset parameters of sweep trajectory by means of pre-distorting local sweep signal.
