FIELD: TV engineering. SUBSTANCE: indicator has quantizer 3, delay member 4, unit 5 for separating isolated figure, unit 6 for measuring dimensions of projections, unit 7 for separating center of an object, coordinate crude estimate forming unit 8 and unit 9 for storing coordinates and dimensions of projections. Recording is performed into memory unit 10 with the speed of TV sweep, information may read out with the speed being equal to speed of processing of fragments which contain image of an object. This mode of operation of unit 10 permits to reduce redundancy of informations to be transmitted. EFFECT: increased number of movable point objects to be measured simultaneously. 5 dwg
