FIELD: SHF equipment. SUBSTANCE: quantum amplifier of resonator type incorporates active crystal placed into space of rectangular shape limited with walls. Holes with waveguides of signal and pumping developed at right angle relative to each other are manufactured in one wall and in wall opposite to it. One of walls presents tuning plunger composed of central and extreme parts touching along planes parallel to wide wall of signal and having capability of independent movement. EFFECT: prolonged service life, enhanced efficiency thanks to reduction of pumping power. 1 dwg
