FIELD: medicine, particularly, biological engineering. SUBSTANCE: object of this invention is production of monospecific sera for teichoic acids of staphylococci. This method of immunization prescribes intradermally administering teichoic acids together with Freind's adjuvant into different points in rabbits two times at two-week intervals, week later sampling blood from rabbit's heart, admixing it with teichoic acid and heparin and then administering the whole both intravenously and intraperitoneally. Disclosed method further prescribes that procedure be repeated in a week using doubled dose of teichoic acid. EFFECT: this method allows producing sera working in double diffusion reaction in gel diluted in ratio of 1 : 256 which bears witness to high titer of antibodies in prepared sera. 1 tbl
