SUBSTANCE: DIFFUSION vacuum pump has: body 1 with input branch pipe 2 and output branch pipe 3 and hydraulic seal 4, located in its lower part; positioned in body 1 along its axis steam supply line 5, base of which is mounted in hydraulic seal 4; ring-shaped bath 7; mounted above the level of working liquid 8 disk 9 with heater 10. The pump is provided with conical shell 11 with its small diameter turned to disk 9 and with its big diameter fixed on the base of steam supply line 5 forms ring-shaped baffle 12, that repeats a form of hydraulic seal 4.
