FIELD: metallurgy, foil manufacture. SUBSTANCE: lead base alloys melting is fed in clearance of rollers-crystallizers, that have surface temperature of 65 - 95 C. After its crystallization the melting is plastically deformed, produced band is coiled at 100 - 280 dig C and several times in series rolled with pressure of 26-79 % . Plastic deformation by rollers-crystallizers are made with speed of 2-15 c-1 and deformation degree of 10 -24 % . Given value of deformation and stretch is being kept in accordance with regulations. EFFECT: method is effective in foil manufacture. 2 tbl
