FIELD: manufacture of sheets and bands, mainly blanks for subsequent rolling of foils. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing melt, heating it up to temperature no more than 790 C, feeding melt with temperature 685-730 C into rolls-crystallizers with surface temperature 45-60 C for subsequent plastic deformation with reduction degree 25-45% until achieving blank thickness consisting 0.0052-0.01 of minimum diameter value of rolls-crystallizers; interim cooling until 140-220 C and then cooling until 20C at rate 2-6 C/hour; performing heat treatment and then cold rolling until predetermined thickness value with percentage deformation degree at each pass consisting 39-58% and with specific values of forward and backward tensions equal to 0.4-2.5 kgf/ sq.mm while increasing deformation rate at each subsequent pass in comparison with previous pass by 1.45-2.8 times; then annealing in nitrogen atmosphere at metal temperature equal to 390-500 C with isothermic soaking for 5-7 hours and with heating rate up to soaking temperature equal to 25-30 C/hour; subsequent stepped cooling: at first with furnace until 260-340 C and then - until 20 C in open air.
